First step to consider is to look for a high res scan of your desired manga. e.g. Mangafox or Mangastream. If you want to know how do we edit it in photoshop, it’s best if you send a private message to any of the admins because it’ll be quite long if i post it here. We’ll respond, don’t worry. :)
